Yes, the "single purchase" is our most basic purchasing option. -pl
How do I cancel my monthly subscription? -pl
The start and end date of your subscription is mentioned in your account. You can cancel your subscription at any time with a simple click.

There's one consultation (20 minutes) included per month. -pl
Can I consult a lawyer if I have additional questions regarding the document I purchased? -pl
Yes, we offer 20-minute consultations at €35. You can buy one when purchasing a document. -pl
How do I consult a lawyer when I purchased an additional consultation with a lawyer? -pl
When purchasing a document and the consultation, you'll have to indicate when you want to be contacted by a lawyer and detail your specific questions. A lawyer will then contact you by phone at the time you indicated. -pl
What if a 20-minute consultation doesn't suffice? -pl
We don't offer any services in that regard. However, you can contact us and we'll put you in contact with a lawyer from our network. -pl
What is Lawbox' relationship with authors and lawyers? -pl
We are completely independent from each other. When the user purchases a consultation with a lawyer, Lawbox doesn't earn any money on it, it's a complementary service we offer to our users. -pl
How much does the monthly subscription cost? -pl
It's €99 per month and can be canceled at any time.

You are automatically insured for costs related to a mediation procedure. You can start a mediation procedure in your account. After that, our insurer will contact you to start the procedure. -pl
